Each person needs their own active subscription to use FlatWatch. One subscription does not unlock the whole household.
- Subscribe in the app through Apple or Google Play.
- See the price and billing period in your store before you buy.
- Renews automatically; cancel through your store account.
- After cancellation, access continues until your paid period ends.
How do my flatmates join?
An admin creates an invitation in Settings. Using the invitation code, a flatmate can choose “Join a WG” on the login screen to create an account or sign in with their existing one.
Can I move to another shared home?
Yes. You usually need to leave your current home first. If you are its admin and only member, the old home can be dissolved automatically when you join another one.
Does every member need a subscription?
Yes, each person normally needs their own active subscription. Another household member’s subscription cannot be shared.
What if I change my phone?
Sign in with your existing FlatWatch account. If your store purchase isn’t recognised, use “Restore purchases” with the store account you used to subscribe. Switching stores does not automatically transfer a purchase.
How do I cancel?
Use “Manage subscription” to open Apple’s or Google Play’s subscription settings and stop automatic renewal. Access continues until your paid period ends.
